That’s a wrap! Here’s my last witty ditty & my last link on Drivetime if ya missed it! The rumours are true… at the end of Feb I’ll be handing over the keys to Phoenix FM Drive. After over 370 odd shows behind the wheel the time has come to let somebody else take it for a spin. It’s been a difficult decision to make as the last few years have been an absolute dream but I hope you can join me from 3-6pm on Monday & Tuesday for my last two shows. I’ll be celebrating with a little reminiscing, one last witty ditty, the final Stylophone-in plus music from some of the 200+ guests I’ve had the privilege of meeting on the show! I’ll be saying lots of thank yous and sharing all of your messages about the show so if you’ve got any memories or comments, I’d love to hear them. Went for a walk in the woods all by myself today (sounds weird now I’m saying it) 🤔 I had the BEST time seeing the utterly brilliant @sophiegriffithssinger @katyforkings & @charliejpittman at @thegraceldn 🤩 It was so awesome to hear a room full of people singing along too and our @phoenix98fm local superstars did us all proud! 🥹 Great fun dancing with @jobaileymusic & @andrew_gardener02 too! 🕺 Had a jolly good explore and catch up in the Lake District last week. I walked up a lot of hills… and definitely didn’t fall down any of them! RIP Queen Elizabeth II Unbelievably, my little book is still NUMBER TWO in Amazon’s “Hot New Releases” in British Poetry! As a great man once said… OK this is getting RIDICULOUS! 🤩 Wow!! Thank you so much to everyone who’s downloaded my little poetry book today - you’re all incredible! Hopefully you won’t all need a refund! 😂 Get it while it’s hot 🔥 #linkinbio @mungalofish It’s out now!! 🥳 My new poetry book “Also In The News” hits the headlines and the virtual shelves TODAY! 📚 This collection includes poems such as Bratwurst vs Cumberland, Fool Of The Nile, War Of The Flies, Silenced By The Lambs, The Curious Case Of A Sandwich In Space and Southend City plus a load of others inspired by more of the craziest headlines. In 2021 my first poetry book went viral. In March 2022 I released the anniversary edition along with the launch of my own publishers.
